I attended this show and spent some time talking to Ford staff on the stand. Some feedback from them re Mustang Mac E
    1. This is an SUV rival aimed at the electric versions of Audi Q7, BMW X5, Jag F etc
    2. Ford don’t have a “high class” badge except Mustang - so they are using that name
    3. It is being built in Mexico - batteries from Poland
    4. First deliveries target is October
5, Aim to have 1500 delivered in next 12 months
    6. Drivers have to adopt a new approach ie keep the battery fully charged. Unlike a petrol tank which most tend to run down close to empty and then fill up
    7. Recognition of issues around speed to charge, availability of charge points, variations and transparency of costs of charging by Ford
    8. It seemed to me to meet the design brief ie a large five seater SUV with lots of storage and luggaspace
    9. The top of range is extremely fast accelerating - especially above 60+

For your interest attached, hopefully, are a photo of exterior and more interesting a proof the interior.

I don't like the big screen in the centre of the dash, looks out of place.
Don't like them using the Mustang name, guess it's the way forward though.

Yes I think that screen would get on my wick eventually as its right in your vision and very large.

I hate bright screens in cars at night, causes me grief. Unfortunately for me basically all cars have them nowadays, I have to put them on the dimmest setting.
