Anyone know where we can get valuations from?

I sent a couple of emails (and 1 phone call) to a chap called Roger at Affordable Classics but heard nothing back.

I'm with Graham Sykes and their pretty damn good.

When I had my Z51 Corvette I was 20 years old with only 1 years NCB and my premium was less than 1000/annun.

I now have a 2005 4.0 Mustang and I only pay 1100/annun and thats fully comp with car value at over 10K. I still only have 1 years NCB.

I haven't found anywhere cheaper than Graham Sykes for American cars.

And the best thing you call them on a landilne number so free from most mobiles and it goes straight through! And you speak to all Englsih people as their based down in Exmouth in Devon.

              Thumbs up from me!

No idea if any will cover a mustang but there's quite a few to try:

Also, if you google 'day insure' there are more links including AA and RAC

Don't own a Mustang but do fancy a 2011 GT but as a Londoner with no garage yet 51 years old, the two quotes so far have been a bit of a shock.

A-Plan would not cover me at all but weirdly were fine when I jokingly suggested that I would keep the car outside my Dad's place on an estate outside a village in Suffolk. Only 110 miles from where I live and left there on it's own for weeks on end does not sound like a safe bet for me or the insurer. Cost 350 but also has to be a 2nd car.

Adrian Flux were fine with the car being an only daily driver and used for getting to different places of work, parked overnight on some private land outside my house in SW London but 1300.

I will try some of the companies suggested on here, Ta.

A-plan are always my first choice and I never need to call around. They have been very friendly and helpful and very good quotes.

Although I can't remember the exact figure for my mustang, it was very good. Also called up for a quote on a 78 trans am 6.6 and that was 143 including breakdown cover!

I used to hate insurance renewals but now they are a breeze! :)
