    Any advice?

    Hi

The new owner of a 69 mach 1 428 and first time Mustang driver. Grateful for any advice you may have, especially on adding a bluetooth connected sound system.

    Cheers

    Welcome to the forum.
Maybe some sort of unit in the glove box, don't cut anything up to fit it.
I would just listen to the exhaust.

I donít have one at all in my 67 - just too noisy to make it worthwhile but I think if you have dynamat or similar soundproofing generally people add sound system s in the glove box rather than cut anywhere.

i imagine the 428 is pretty noisy ???

Iíd heard some bad reports on retro looking replacements but I think that was a different make. Would you recommend Retrosound ?

It was in the car when I bought it. It looks ok, but mine has a digital display which kind of defeats the purpose. The knobs and fascia look good. It has a module that takes SD cards and USB, but this one isnít iPhone compatible. They do ones with Bluetooth now. The sound is good enough even with the roof down at 60
