The Goat 02 VI 19 photos

Well, what a surprise today! I arrived on the green at about 11.15 only to find that there was one space left in which to park. I certainly wasn't expecting that!
Quite a lot of "new" metal to look at today plus some of the usual suspects of course. Due to Brands Hatch today, I wasn't surprised that a few familiar faces were absent (hope you all had a great time at the meet over the weekend? Look forward to reading about it from an attendee or two - maybe even some photos?)

So, here's this months offering from my lens and I hope you enjoy them.

I do have to say that before the recent changes to the forum and the upscaling of our presence on facebook, I was enjoying viewing figures of over 1000 per set. Currently, those figures don't seem to be able to get much past 50-60. The same appears true of others who post photos on here. So where have the viewers gone? Just askin'!
. Cars, photos, wine. What else is there?

    Hi Mick
Thanks again for sharing these photos
Not sure why the viewing numbers have fallen off a cliff ,almost over night
The face book pages must have taken your viewers
I am on several FB pages and it is much faster to get things up and viewed .....................

Might see you Sunday at the Castle

Gerry, you may be right about Facebook but I'll never know because I never have trusted the format since I challenged them years ago about security concerns which they wouldn't address. I closed my account and have watched from a distance as it has lurched from one "issue" to another as more people have woken up to the true nature of this platform. Nothing Mr. Zuckerberg has said has changed my mind.

Sam, thanks for your comment, be nice to see you and your coupe again.

Mark, glad you liked the collection. The blue fastback has unique door mirrors which help it stand out, along with the led lights.

Thanks Geoff, always a good mix at this venue. You never know what you'll see new each month.

Thanks Les. This time of year we start getting more cars than the green can accommodate. I've seen cars arrive, drive round, nowhere to park and off they go. Shame really but perhaps they'll come earlier in future and we'll get to see some fresh metal.
