    Spacers

Thinking about adding some wheel spacers, just for aesthetics, stock 2016 gt, no intention of lowering, what should I be looking to buy ?

25mm all round hubcentric work great with no issues. Coyote brand from steeda, h&r or eibach are the ones I know of. I have the coyote brand ones and they've been fine, even lowered they cause no issues at all.

              Do the studs need trimming?

Not in my experience. Obviously if you use a thinner spacer they might protrude and need a trim. Best way to find out on yours is put a dob of marker or paint on the end of the stud then offer the wheel up. Tighten up then remove and check the wheel hub for any marks and that will tell you either way.

I went to a local mustang Meeting today and have picked up some spacers myself.I noticed these gravel flaps are on all the cars with spacers and was advised by them that you get damage to the paint if you don’t fit them or PPF with the wider track after fitting? Have you guys Had similar issues??

                              Hi
Yes i am here.. been mental busy with house move and my LED business

25mm all round if you want a plug n play kit
I have fitted 25mm front and 20mm rear Eibachs Pro Kit.. they come in black or silver

Dont understand why people grind the studs 2mm... if they do fail with the rear of the rear wheels, some do, some dont
then as i have done its easy with a black smiths 15mm drill bit just to drill some shallow recessions on the rear of the wheels...10 min job
Heres my 2018GT which has been lowered 40mm too
