Limited Slip Diff code on a 68

Just a quickie...

I have my rear axle removed and have found the tag.

It reads WES-G 3L 25 7 HE 996

I know the WES-G means that it is a 9inch Limited slip with ratio 31 but can anybody tell me what the 7 HE 996 bit refers to?

Just curious.
