    BrightLightCustoms - LED Lighting and Bespoke Accessories

    Hello All,

    Some of you know who I am and have seen (or own) the LED lighting I manufacture for Classic Mustangs.

    I have now given up the day job and am starting my own business manufacturing LED lighting and bespoke accessories for the classic car market so I thought I'd drop a post here in the trader section.

    In addition to Mustangs I will be catering for most other makes, models and years so please get in touch if you are interested in any products for any of your vehicles.

    I am able to design and manufacture a range of custom made items, for example;
    LED Lighting
    Interior Accessories - Window winders, door handles, switch gear, gear sticks/knobs, turn signal stalks, etc
    Exterior Accessories - Door handles, custom made emblems, etc

    I am currently building a website to advertise the products I will be designing and manufacturing and will stick up a link when its ready. In the mean time please contact me if you are interested in discussing any products for your vehicle.

    Here is the new website:
    http://www.brightlight-customs.co.uk/

    Thanks
    Nathan

        Nathan, good luck mate, the one for my 66 was top drawer and would use your stuff again.
        I'll be on the look out for one off you for the 65 next spring and maybe a 70 one for later in 2014.
        Cheers, Chris

          I also vouch for the quality of Nathan's work, he did me a top job on my 03 GT sorting me a reverse/indicator LED panel.

          Even if you only have half an idea of what you want, give him a call as he will no doubt be able to develop it into your perfect solution.

            LED light bars seem to be all the rage stateside at the moment, especially on 4x4's. Any plans to make them yourself? The land rover guys over here might be a big market for them?

              Hello All,

              Thanks for the comments and compliments. :)

              BlackTop - Light Bars are not something I had looked at yet. Do you have a link to an example?

              I just finished converting these SN95 lights for a customer. He requested a combined Reverse Light and Fog Light.

                Don't have a link to hand but Google "led light bar" and you'll get a good few results. Off to work now so don't have time but I'll post some links later.

                Cheers,

                          I am now able to offer the following;

                          Relay Headlamp Harnesses; suitable for use with standard sealed beam or halogen light upgrades.
                          Available with two (2xH4) or four (2xH4 & 2xH1) headlamp connectors.
                          The are supplied with two fused automotive relays and ceramic H4 connectors. Simple plug and play wiring. Heat shrink sleeve for an easy and tidy installation.

                          Photos and more info available on my website
                          http://www.brightlight-customs.co.uk...cessories.html

                          The results from testing these harnesses on my Galaxie revealed a substantial improvement in the voltage supply to the headlamps.
                          Testing was performed with the engine warm and at idle.
                          Stock wiring: The average voltage at the headlamps Dip/Main - 11.1/10.2V.
                          Relay Headlamp Harness: Average voltage at the headlamps Dip/Main - 13.1/12.7V.

                          Price: TBC

                          I also now have a stock available for the following items;
                          Various automotive relays
                          Ceramic Female H4 Headlamp connectors (inc crimp terminals)
                          Male H4 Headlamp connectors (inc crimp terminals)

                          Regards

                              Hi Nathan,

                              The headlamp relay looms are brilliant! If only you had them when I did the Jensen - a real faff!

                              Just a business thought - classic Beetles have dreadful headlamps, and I've been meaning to do my son's for months. A loom that has the longer battery wire as the battery is under the rear seat would go a bomb on the VW forums as everyone is complaining about them. Happy to measure up my son's if it helps.

                              Gerry
