    replied to Hood Strut Kit
Which begs the question if the Struts are usable with the Hood Deployment System then why didn't Ford fit them as standard.

replied to Lustre Nickel Wheel Touch Up
Many thanks for that , apart from the intake of breath in paying ~ 20 for a touch up pen I note that they don't ship outside the 48 states. Okay I could ask them but usually they tie themselves in with a specific carrier, say Fedex, and while the US costs are good the extra for shipping to the...

    Lustre Nickel Wheel Touch Up

I've searched this site, ebay, amazon, and google and can't find a touch up paint in Lustre Nickel colour for a couple of very small chips on my wheels. Is there another FORD colour that matches Lustre Nickel, or what does everyone else use ?....

    replied to Number Plate holder
Had a go at it today, and it's the bottom of the frame that clips in to hold the plate. Once I took one apart it was quite straightforward ....

    Number Plate holder

The Number Plates seem to be held in by the bottom edge of the Number Plate holder, by what could be clips or screws or something to hold it all in place.

Before I snap off a piece of important plastic , can any good soul tell me how the holder undoes, so that I can fit new plates...

    replied to APIM failure
It also needed suspension lower arm assembly replaced due to play/knocking - so was quite a costly trip and not what I expected on a 3.5 yo car with under 16k on the clocks :(
    [/QUOTE]

The question I would ask is :- How come the Arm was so bad when the car had passed an MoT 6 months...
